Enclosure Air Conditioners
SoliTherm is Seifert System’s line of six air conditioner series and accessories for virtually any enclosure cooling application. The air conditioner series are: Progressive, SlimLine, SlimLine Vario, Top Mount and 19 in Rack Mount.
The SoliTherm line covers indoor and outdoor applications as well as external and recessed mounting, top mounting, rack and tight space applications. Our wide variety of air conditioners provide cooling capacities from 1,000 BTU/Hr to over 21,000 BTU/Hr, depending on the series. Each series has characteristics that can make a particular one best-suited for your application.
Thermal Controls & Accessories
Besides filter fans and cabinet heaters we offer a wide range of cabinet accessories. Thermostats and hygrostats from Seifert ensure an optimal climate inside your enclosures or cabinets.
Our thermostats are available either as normally closed: NC (red disk) for regulating heaters or for alarm signals when temperature is falling below the pre-set minimum value. The contact opens when temperature is rising. They are also available as normally open: NO (blue disk) for regulating filter fans, heat exchangers, Peltier cooling units or for switching alarm signals when the pre-set temperature limit has been exceeded. The contact closes when the temperature is rising.
We offer temperature and humidity sensors for monitoring of preset parameters to ensure that failures or malfunctioning of equipment can be avoided.
Thermoelectric Coolers
Seifert’s line of thermoelectric enclosure coolers are designed to mount in virtually any position and especially in smaller cabinets. The thermoelectric elements create a temperature difference between the internal and ambient heat sinks, making internal air cooler while dissipating heat into the external environment. Fans help the transfer of convective heat from the heat sinks, which are optimized for maximum flow.
Heat Exchangers
When the electronic and other components in your enclosure could operate within their operating temperature ranges in an open air environment, an air to air heat exchanger may suit your application.
When you need to cool the components in your enclosure below ambient temperature, have a water supply available and are seeking an alternative to air conditioners, air to water heat exchangers could meet your applications needs. A typical application is the dissipation of high power losses from control cabinets.

Filter Fans, Exhaust Filters & Hoods
Seifert filter fans feature a robust plastic-molded design with various AC and DC voltage options for power. All filter fan cutout dimensions comply with the market standards. UL listed filter fan packages include IP54 standard version, IP55 and EMC as well as UL type 12 and UL type 3R.
Integrated air filters at your system’s inlet and outlet ensure that the cabinet remains clear of dust and any other contaminating airborne particles. Mounting our fans into the cutout is a very quick procedure and requires no tools. When necessary, the filters are also easily replaceable.
Enclosure Heaters
Seifert fan heaters have a small and compact design, they heat up dynamically and are very quiet in operation. The internal warm air is equally distributed throughout the control cabinet. An additional advantage of fan heaters compared to PTC heaters is a much lower starting current. PTC heaters are compact in size, have a wide voltage range and the heating power adjusts in relation to the ambient temperature, resulting in better efficiency. KH 801 heater series come standard with a built-in thermostat.
LED Enclosure Lights
The StripLite LED enclosure lights have been especially designed to meet the criteria of illuminating control cabinets. They are available with an integrated On/Off switch or motion sensor. The 400 Lm version has a universal voltage range (24 to 265 V) with one model. The more powerful 700 Lm version has a voltage range from 120 to 230 V AC. These strip lights are designed to be daisy-chained together for additional illumination. StripLite is energy efficient and maintenance free.
