The attention to detail as a supplier created a standard line of enclosures that still sets the industry standard to this date. Titan Cable Management rack (TCM)
AMCO’s Titan Cable Management rack (TCM) is a high density, open architecture cable management system that establishes pathways for large volume network cabling. Our data center cable management rack conveniently provides complete accessibility for cabling swaps and add-ons while also providing optimal heat dissipation. Hot Aisle and Cold Aisle Containment Systems
AMCO’s Hot Aisle and Cold Aisle Containment Systems prevent air mixing and establishes separation of hot exhausted air and cold supplied air. This results in efficiently cooling the equipment and not the room. With these air separation paths in place, the aisle containment systems can deliver a consistent inlet temperature within ASHRAE A1 recommended ranges, providing dramatic savings in capital and operational costs year after year.

Titan ZN4 seismic data racks have been engineered, tested and certified to GR-63-CORE, providing security for high density server and networking cabinets in IT settings and data rooms that have a high risk of exposure to seismic events and ground vibrations. This seismic server rack cabinet is available in open or closed configurations, ZN4 racks can be complimented with a full line of accessories to expand your racks capabilities. AMCO FX series racks
For more flexibility and better customization options, you can turn to the AMCO FX series racks. These enclosures keep all network equipment working while preventing overheating. They can be used as a universal platform with the flexibility to configure specific design requirements with little or no custom modification. Mounting channels are included with the FX series frame. Our FX server cabinets have an open-frame design that allows air to flow through so that equipment doesn’t overheat. The shelves you choose are stationary, giving the server cabinet FX more stability.
Our AMCO FX series racks neatly integrate in the high-quality 35u rack enclosure, so you can customize it to fit virtually any job you need. shielded military enclosures
AMCO Enclosures offers a complete line of MIL-STD 285/IEEE-299-2006 fully welded, QQ-P-416F cadmium plated military grade FRF shielded enclosures. These shielded enclosures feature an EMI gasket material that compresses against a plated surface area, creating the appropriate shielding seal to control radiated emissions. Shielded enclosures are available in RU heights of 12, 26, 30, 35, 40 and 45, 19″ and 24″ panel opening widths and depths of 25.5″, 30″ and 36″.

AMCO Enclosures offers a full line of MIL-STD 285/IEEE-299-1997 commercial grade shielded enclosures for lower level emissions control. These shielded enclosures feature an EMI gasket material that compresses against a plated surface area to create the appropriate shielding levels to control radiated emissions. Shielded commercial grade enclosures are available in RU heights of 12, 18, 24, 30, 35, 40 and 45 heights, 19″ and 24″ panel widths, and 25.5″, 30″ and 36″ frame depths.

AMCO desktop racks and cabinets
PDMTA desktop cabinets feature radius edge styling. They are available in 19″ and 24″ widths. Desktop cabinets can be modified for custom applications. Ideal for smaller home setups, desktop racks are everything you need without making you sacrifice space. (Special sizes and color options are quoted upon request)
All AMCO desktop racks and cabinets are available with an optional concealed handle for easy, ergonomic transport. Protective rubber feet are standard. 18.5″ depth PDMTA desktop cabinets are capable of utilizing light duty shelves, as the shelves have a 16″ depth. For 25.75″ depth cabinets, light duty and heavy duty shelves can be used. Solid and louvered enclosure panels are also available.

aluminum Structural Framing System (SFS)
The heavy-duty aluminum Structural Framing System (SFS) is a simple method of designing and building frames and enclosures to special size and high strength requirements. This unique AMCO Enclosures system provides a selection of 14 aluminum extrusions (1.50″ OD) and 8 types of corner castings (0.125″ wall thickness). The flanges in the extrusions accommodate .625″ formed panels and .125″ flat panels (made upon request). The aluminum framing system accepts locking clips (provided standard) for permanent designs or non-locking clips (optional) for prototypes or planned disassembly. When reinforced with bolt-on gussets, SFS assemblies can meet MIL-STD-167-1 shock and vibration requirements. AMCO Enclosures’ aluminum structural framing is ISO9001 Certified. Also, these products are designed and manufactured in the United States.
